"Hash Flashes, Scribes and Next Week's Hares need to be sending in their input as soon as possible.
Scribes and Hash Flashes should send in their photos and the words of the run report  by the Tuesday following the Sunday's hash. Upcoming hares should send their input in at the beginning of the week before their run."
